“ASAN service” delegation visit Moldova
On May 22-26, 2023, the delegation of the State Agency for Citizen Service and Social Innovation under the president of the Republic of Azerbaijan participated in an international event in Chisinau, Moldova. The German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ) is the organizer of the event on the topic “Design and Delivery of Public Services in the Eastern Partnership”.
The main focus point at the event was have been the prototype of the “ASAN service” model, the activities and achievements in the field of social innovation in our country which has become an international brand in the delivery of public services.
More than 30 representatives of relevant institutions of Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Georgia, Moldova participated in the meeting. The participants also took part in workshops with the participation of experts from Estonia and Ukraine in addition to sharing their experience of applying innovative approaches and using digital tools in the provision of public services in Eastern Partnership countries.
