A project on “The development of human resources potential of “ASAN service”” was held
A project entitled “The development of human resources potential of “ASAN service”” had been being held during March 1, 2016 – March 31, 2017 between UNDP Baku Office and State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

A project entitled “The development of human resources potential of “ASAN service”” had been being held during March 1, 2016 – March 31, 2017 between UNDP Baku Office and State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The aim of the project is to improve the human resources potential of the State Agency and “ASAN service” centers.
According to the survey and monitoring conducted at “ASAN service” centers within the project in July 2016, there was defined necessity in conducting trainings for “ASAN service” employees.
Based on the learning needs in there were conducted various trainings on such fields as modern service culture, development of listening and explaining skills, emotional stability and ability to control emotions, to serve within stressful circumstances, proper division of work load.
Moreover, an international expert was involved in order to enhance the sensitive service from the aspect of gender at “ASAN service” centers. There were held trainings on “Gender equality and sensitivity in gender issues” by that expert.
There was created a web page for delivering online trainings for “ASAN service” and State Agency employees as a next component implementation of the project.
