3 millionth call to 108 “Call” center of “ASAN service”

The 108 “Call” center of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan has received 3,000,000-th call. The owner of this call is Tunzala Karimova.

Tunzala Karimova, as owners of the 3 millionth call, was awarded with appreciation certificate and symbolic prize.

Operational since February 1, 2013 108 “Call” center of “ASAN service” provides free of charge information, complaint and proposal registry on services related to the activities of “ASAN service”, “ASAN Kommunal” centers, E-Government Development Center and “ABAD” public legal entity.

Taking into account
the function of the muffler,
the center is equipped with
the modern technologies and equipments such as tables, computers, legislative database, essential software, database providing easy and quick access to the applicants, headphones and microphone. The latest innovations have been introduced in the service such as Cisco UCCE telephone system having wide and extensive capabilities.

So far, more than 3,000,000 inquiries, including more than 5000 inquiries daily have
been received. At present, reception of inquiries via 108 "Call” center is carried out from 09:00 to 18:00 on workdays

and from 09:00 to 13:00 on Saturdays. At the same time, 24-hours automatic service is provided via voice informing system on holidays and weekends.

It is possible to get "Call center" services free of charge by dialing "108" from stationary phones in any region of the Republic.
