“ASAN service” presents innovation in service – delivery of such documents as ID cards and passports to citizens’ addresses. In the frame of the pilot project, citizens applied to the “ASAN service” No.1 located in Hasan Aliyev 36 Street, will be able to avail this service.

Hence, documents as get ready are delivered to the recipients and presented to a citizen personally. The duration of documents delivery service is five working days from 11:00 am to 08:00 pm, on Saturdays-Sundays serves from 11:00 am to 07:00 pm.
Documents delivery service will be free of charge for the helpless people, disabled children as a part of corporate social responsibility.
