“ASAN Service” is going to launch the implementation of the Decree in regard with the South Caucasus Pipeline Expansion Project
In regard with the South Caucasus Pipeline Expansion Project by the President of Azerbaijan Republic, September 10, 2014, for more efficient organization of the initiative under the Decree, the process of the acquisition of rights over lands and other real estate sites of the issues arising from the implementation of the Decree has been launched. In regard with the South Caucasus Pipeline Expansion Project by the President of Azerbaijan Republic, September 10, 2014, for more efficient organization of the initiative under the Decree, the process of the acquisition of rights over lands and other real estate sites of the issues arising from the implementation of the Decree has been launched. Transportation of Azerbaijani natural gas to the world market to ensure the activities of the Southern Gas Corridor, as well as ownership of lands and other real estate related sites in the implementation of the South Caucasus Pipeline Expansion project, the lease of the rights of usage and efficiency of a range of services related to the acquisition process, transparency, courtesy, responsibility and flexibility in the implementation of the principles of the necessary steps have been already taken. By this purpose, mobile “ASAN Service” will serve by modern technology equipment and services for the population. Starting from the 20th of September of the current year “ASAN Service” will serve residents in Hajigabul. Mobile services will be provided by the Ministry of Justice, National Archive Department, Ministry of Internal Affairs and the State Committee for Land and Cartography Committee. This service includes: -Issuance and renewal of identity cards; -Issuance of reference note on information about land cadaster; -The size of the land plan, the municipal ownership of land allocated structure plans, land certificates and other related documents of title to land services, issue of certificates for the authorizations of land size and other land cadaster services; -Reception and presentation of documents according with the delivery to ownership, usage and rent of the lands under the municipal property in relevant area In last, the main aims of realization of “Mobile service” are to deliver of public services to citizens in a comfortable, new and modern form, to ensure the accessibility for citizens and to achieve citizen satisfaction.

-Reception and presentation of documents according with the delivery to ownership, usage and rent of the lands under the municipal property in relevant area
