In Podgorica, the capital of Montenegro, a seminar on "Building a foundation of partnership in excellence" was organized by the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ) and the School of Public Administration for the Western Balkans Region (ResPA).
In Podgorica, the capital of Montenegro, a seminar on "Building a foundation of partnership in excellence" was organized by the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ) and the School of Public Administration for the Western Balkans Region (ResPA).
The main goal was to discuss the role of the "Common Evaluation Framework" belonging to the group of quality management systems in improving the organizational activity of state institutions, as well as the possible application of the relevant model in the Eastern Partnership (EaP) member countries.
Within the framework of the program, participants were given detailed information about the "ASAN service" experience of our country.
Also, during the visit, a bilateral meeting was held between the delegation of the State Agency and the Director-General of the Strategic Planning Department of the Public Administration of the Ministry of Public Administration of Montenegro. Within the framework of the implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding signed in 2017 between the parties, discussions were held on the implementation of the existing innovative solutions implemented by the State Agency in the field of public services in Montenegro, as well as the planned projects.
