“ASAN pay” terminals have been equipped in public places
“ASAN pay” terminals have been given to the usage of citizens at such big shopping centers such as “Park Boulevard”, “Metro Park”, and “28 Mall” and “Baku Crystal Hall”. “ASAN pay” terminals have been given to the usage of citizens at such big shopping centers such as “Park Boulevard”, “Metro Park”, and “28 Mall” and “Baku Crystal Hall”. Due to the “ASAN pay” system citizens now can implement their payment on administrative fines and court decisions through the www.asanpay.az portal. In the first stage, only Rules of the Road Traffic Act (TR) penalties for violations are available to be paid. “ASAN Pay” terminals give an opportunity to the citizens to use cash or coins while the receiving the payment and returning the money. There have been implemented approximately 2000 payments only through the terminals. Should be noted that, now users are able to follow their personal data and the penalty points imposed on them by logging to the personal cabinet through the www.asanpay.az site. “ASAN pay” system has been established in coherence with the Decree No. 110 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, February 11, 2014, about the amendments on the “Decree No.706 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the provision of the activity of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan”, September 5, 2012, for the widening of the service types and electronic services which are implemented within the “ASAN service” centers. At present, there have been going intensive processes in the direction of installation of such terminals at other public places with the majority of population.
