Owners of electronic signatures and “Asan imza” are not required to register. They can create an electronic cabinet without signing up with personal signatures. Anyone with an electronic cabinet at www.asanpay.az can now pay a non-cash fine with a plastic card. In addition, a driver may submit a complaint if he / she disagrees with the penalty. Each driver has an opportunity to get an excerpt from the electronic cabinet for penalties.
There is a payment history section available in the electronic cabinet for penalties. If the protocol, photographs and videos are added by the relevant body in relation to penalties, the driver may look at the electronic cabinet at any time.
The SMS is sent to the driver on the penalty fee placed in the electronic cabinet. One of the advantages of the e-cabinet is that your mobile number may not be in the SRP, but after registration at www.asanpay.az you will be sent a SMS to the number you write in the electronic cabinet. If you do not pay a penalty within a month, a few days before the day of calculation of the bonus bill, a warning message is sent to the driver via SMS and the date on which the penalty will be charged.
The driver's username or email address can also be entered into the electronic cabinet by entering the password at the same time. When the person forgets the password, it is possible to recover the password by the registered number or e-mail address. Persons who can not recover their mobile phone number for any reason (corrupt, change, loss, etc.) or can not recover their password via e-mail can apply to Baku “ASAN service” center No.1.
At the same time, the driver can change the number registered in the personal cabinet for any reason by using the "Edit data" command in the personal information section.
The driver who receives an extract from the receipt may submit it to the SRP employee who holds it. It is possible to verify the excerpt from the QR code reader.
In the "Special opportunities" section, drivers are waiting for another innovation. The person may obtain information from the electronic cabinet on the protocols of the vehicles that are owned or controlled by the power of attorney. To do so, you need to include the vehicle number and the serial number of the registration certificate.
Should note that at present "ASAN pay" system operates via more than 100 payment terminals. Most of them are located in Baku and there are terminals in various parts of the capital, as well as in the State Road Police Offices. In the regions, payment terminals are only available at “ASAN service” centers. The driver can pay the penalty by entering the serial and number of the protocol through those terminals.
