“ASAN pay” portal has been given to the usage

The electronic portal www.asanpay.az of “ASAN pay” system has been given to the usage in the frame of pilot project. Citizens now can implement their payment on administrative fines and court decisions through the “ASAN pay” portal with a bank card. In the first stage only Rules of the Road Traffic Act (TR) penalties for violations are available to be paid. Citizens now can implement their payment on administrative fines and court decisions through the “ASAN pay” portal with a bank card. In the first stage only Rules of the Road Traffic Act (TR) penalties for violations are available to be paid. Citizens can apply to the payment through the registration on “ASAN pay” portal or without registration. Detailed information about the instructions for the usage of “ASAN pay” portal is available through the link: https://www.asanpay.az/asanpay/instructions Citizens can get answers to their questions regarding the functions of “ASAN pay” system by a call to 108 “Call center”. Moreover, other types of payments within the pilot project can be applied in cash or bank card through the terminal at “ASAN service” center No.1 (Academician Hasan Aliyev str., 36). These terminals are considered to be applied in all centers in future and at the population crowded places. Distinguishing criteria of the “ASAN pay” terminals is that these terminals are considered to accept and return cash and coins. Should be noted that, “ASAN pay” system has been established in coherence with the Decree No. 110 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, February 11, 2014, about the amendments on the “Decree No.706 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the provision of the activity of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan”, September 5, 2011,  for the widening of the service types and electronic services which are implemented within the “ASAN service” centers.
