Next career fair of ASAN volunteers was held
On October 29, 2025, the second regional career fair of ASAN volunteers took place at the Ganja Regional “ASAN Service” center No.2.
The event was organized jointly by “ASAN Service” and the Ganja-Dashkasan Regional Employment Branch of the State Employment Agency.
The primary goal was to facilitate the access of volunteer youth living in Ganja, Shamkir, Goygol, Samukh, Naftalan, Tovuz, Mingachevir, Goranboy, and surrounding districts to employment opportunities. Likewise, establishing connections between youth and state as well as private enterprises operating in the region, supporting their professional development, and gaining experience were key priorities.
Around 40 enterprises and organizations presented a total of over 100 vacancies at the event. At the career fair, nearly 600 young people had the opportunity to apply for active vacancies and communicate directly with employers.
Volunteers have been an integral component of the “ASAN Service” concept since its inception. More than 43,000 young volunteers have joined this process. To date, volunteers have conducted over 6,500 trainings, more than 850 local and international projects, and over 3,400 volunteers have been employed through the “ASAN Kadr” portal.
