First All-Republican Forum of ASAN Volunteers
On December 16, 2014, the first All-Republican Forum of ASAN Volunteers has kicked off at the Heydar Aliyev Center in Sabirabad. On December 16, 2014, the first All-Republican Forum of ASAN Volunteers has kicked off at the Heydar Aliyev Center in Sabirabad. President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev attended the opening ceremony of the Forum. The head of state made a speech at the event. After all, Chairman of ASAN Volunteers Youth Organization Public Union Farid Sadikhli and volunteer at Sabirabad “ASAN service” center Ravana Davudova delivered their speeches. Head of the Department of Law Enforcement Agencies of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Fuad Alasgarov during the Forum while his speech emphasized about the unique concept “ASAN service” which has been welcomed with sympathy in most of countries in the world. Fuad Alasgarov noted that the quantity of all applications to the Azerbaijani brand “ASAN service” centers is more than 3 500 000 and mentioned about the special role of volunteers in the provision of applications. Chairman of State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Inam Karimov mentioned that the ultimate purpose of the “ASAN service” centers activity philosophy is the provision of citizen satisfaction. Inam Karimov also highlighted about the immense role of volunteers in achievement of this goal, about their positive experience being obtained in the fields of civil service, working with the team etc. in the frame of their activities at the centers. The Chief Executive of Sabirabad Nazim Ismayilov by his speech at the forum expressed about his confidence that volunteers of this region will highly contribute to the activities of the Sabirabad “ASAN service” center. After all speeches forum was continued with a panel of discussions. At the end of the panel of discussions resolutions of the Forum were adopted and future strategies of the “ASAN Volunteers” Youth Organization Public Union were determined.
