Guests were delivered information about the aims of establishment and activities of the “ASAN service” centers as an Azerbaijani model in public service delivery. It was noted that with the establishment of “ASAN service” there have been achieved serious steps in terms of enhancing of transparency and implementation of contemporary innovations in the efficient public administration context. There was mentioned about the importance of conducting of “ASAN service” experience in the field of implementation of public service delivery in other countries too. It was drawn to the attention that “ASAN service” centers have gained high level of confidence of citizens and more than 4 000 000 applications have been already received. After getting acquainted with the activity of the “ASAN service” center, guests expressed their gratitude for the hospitality, wished success to center and its staff in their future activities.
