Documents are delivered only to the citizens within the specified days and hours after being ready and must be accepted by the citizen. In exceptional cases, the document can be delivered to the other person by written consent of the document holder.

Applying to "ASAN service" center:
At the same time, the citizen applies to the service center and fills out the relevant application form, pays the service fee for the service and which is delivered to the address of the citizen on the day as the document is ready.
Calling the Call Center:
After completing the order, the representative should approach ot the address of the citizen, the application form is signed by the citizen and the service fee is paid to the service recipient. The document is delivered to the address of the citizen on the day as it gets ready.

The service is carried out at Baku "ASAN service" centers No.1, 2, 3.
To the foreigners and stateless persons, the work permit is issued to the address and the amount of the fee is 10 manat for each person's documents.
For the purpose of ensuring social solidarity, the delivery of documents is provided for disabled persons of the 1st group (referring to the medical and social expert commission) and children with disabilities who need care and assistance (with the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated April 21, 2009 No. 67 approved under the "Children's Health Opportunity Determination Standards").
Documents delivery service currently provides the following ready documents:
1. ID cards;
2. Foreign passports;
3. Documents on state registration of individuals and legal entities (TIN);
4. Archival references to legal entities and physical persons at "ASAN service" centers;
5. Relevant documents issued by the Migration services.
