Mobile buses will be delivering services to citizens on September 3-22 in Neftchala; on September 3-17 in Alat, Shamkir, Jeyranbatan; on September 3 – October 2 in Imishli, Khachmaz, Lankaran, Aghdjabadi, Ismayilli; on September 3-27 in Qazakh.
